Fun and fabulous vintage 60s flower covered hat by the Mad Hatter, Bes-Ben. Conical green mesh and green velvet covered wire base, with plastic flowers in shades of pink, yellow, purple, blue, white, and red all over, along with green plastic leaves and stems. Hat curves up in a point both center front and back, with velvet bows at each point. Interior has combs attached for securing to the hair. Has the red on white Bes-Ben, Made in Chicago tag as well as a hand-numbered "33" tag. Very good condition, displayable and could be worn as well. If you check all the flowers carefully, a couple are missing a petal but this isn't obvious any other time. Very minor wear to the velvet around the bottom opening from hat being worn, again, not very obvious.
